Smart Bulbs Disconnecting From My Router

If your bulb is disconnecting from your router, here is some information we'll need in order to better help solve the problem.

1: Please restart the bulb and wait a moment to see if they can connect to the router.

2:  If the bulb is changing from cool white to warm white, can you find LEDnetxxx in your phones wifi connections? Or by clicking the "Plus" at the top right of the MagicLight Wifi App, and then "Add Device"?

3:  Please factory reset the bulb, and reconnect it to the router. Check if the “remote status” is working?

4:  What email did you use to sign up for your MagicLight App account?

5:  What is your bulb’s MAC address? How To Find Your Bulbs MAC Address

6: Amazon order ID#?
