i use magic light bulbs and strips all over my apt. now some strips have a good "white" led but this one does not, however this is not at all a problem. i prefer to have the color be an accent to the "warm white" smart light settings to my lightbulbs.
I have just boughton the led light strip and I set them up got them hung up and about 5 minutes later the lights just turned off and lost all connection to my google home and the app itself same with the remote and now whatever I try they will not work
If your looking for color, these deliver well. The "white" settings are duller than the rest. Most other brands tend to have a brighter white and duller colors....
I got these to replace older strip lights in my tray ceiling. I chose these because of their cost, length, and flexibility. I was a bit worried as I read many reviews on Amazon stating that the adhesive strip didn't stick. I didn't have this problem at all. In fact, I messed up and had to remove a strip and the adhesive still stuck after the second application. I'm assuming the manufacturer listened and replaced the adhesive. One of the three strips stopped displaying red after a short time. While the thinness and flexibility make these very versatile, I believe they also make for sensitive connections. I sent an email to customer service and had another strip en route within two hours with no questions asked and received the replacement three days later. Since I was replacing basic white strip lights, I didn't care much about the colors and lighting effects. This turned out to be a surprisingly amazing feature. The app allows me to change the light color based on the time of day, mood, whatever. The music effects are also fun when I have friends over. The app is seamless and integrates easily with Alexa.
I would absolutely recommend these lights. Compare the cost-per-foot to other LED strip lights, you'll see why these are an excellent, inexpensive choice (especially the lights that require a hub). I plan on replacing the rest of my light bulbs with Magic Light bulbs.
